Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email olstenclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please email us and we’ll confirm availability. Exchanges are only possible if the replacement item is in stock.
